Of course you’ve got to flaunt the hours you’ve spent grinding in The Finals with your Career Rewards! These can be directly accessed by leveling up. As you play more matches, your career bar slowly fills up, allowing you to unlock cosmetic items.
The Finals has an optional Battle Pass you can purchase to earn more of its premium currency and seasonal skins. Having a Battle Pass is the norm for most shooters, especially free-to-play ones. However, even if you decide not to pay extra for it, you can still get different cosmetic items as you level up your character. This guide will show you all the Career Rewards in The Finals and how to unlock them.

The Finals: How to Unlock Career Rewards
The Finals doesn’t have a wide variety of game modes, but that might change soon once the developers add more content. For now, you’ve no choice but to play Quick Cash or Bank It as much as possible to progress your levels. In essence, the more you play The Finals—regardless of which game mode you choose—the faster you’ll get all the cosmetic items we’ve listed above.
You can complete the random Contracts the game offers to earn more XP than usual. To do so, go to the Contracts tab in the main menu, which is located in the lower-left corner of your screen. As for what they consist of, they usually offer quests like getting your first win of the day or cashing out a certain amount of money in your games.
You can find out what cosmetics you’ve received for the reached level after the match. Once the match shows which team reigned supreme, don't leave just yet—wait for the progression screen to pop up. From there, you’ll also see how much XP you’ve earned and what reward awaits you next.
Level Up to Earn Cool Cosmetics
You can play the Finals without worrying about getting your Career Rewards, but who doesn’t want to enhance their character with cool items, especially when it’s free? Now that you know the different levels and rewards you can unlock at almost every stage, you can plan how you want your contestants to look!
