WoW: The War Within - Best Class For You

WoW: The War Within - Best Class For You

Table of Contents:

Azeroth has faced many harrowing threats since 2004, but this next expansion (titled The War Within) will bring an extra sense of urgency by combining old threats with dangerous powers. Xal’atath has made a terrifying bargain with the void. As we face an old rival with a new power, we must prepare ourselves to defend our beloved lands. Raise your weapons, load your chambers, and prepare your knowledge of casting deadly spells—we cannot let Azeroth fall to Void-Lord Dimensius (or anything else, really).

The class you’ve been playing as in the past will have some changes in The War Within. You can adapt to the new rotation and cooldowns or perhaps try something new in the fight against arachnid armies. In this article, the different classes available will be explored in enough depth to give you a starting point. The changes with Hero Talents will be briefly mentioned. Whether you’re looking for something entirely new or trying to figure out how your main spec will change, this is the guide for you.

Please note that the tier lists mentioned are based on raiding statistics. A player can excel in a class without selecting one of the “best” races, as the impact made is minimal. This guide to selecting your classes was created prior to the Dracthyr update which allows them to play as many different classes. Stay tuned!

Books are boring. That’s probably why you’re a WoW fanatic. Most parents of WoW fanatics would rather their kid be reading and studying than indulging in video games. Concluding Thoughts

In World of Warcraft, there are many classes to choose from. You can slash enemies from behind as a sneaky Rogue or bash their skulls in as a brutish Warrior. Drawing power from symbolic Hero Talents, your toon will grow to defeat the hardest of bosses. Mythic Ansurek, anyone? The choice of what class to pursue can be tough, but with the above guide, you should have a starting point. And remember…it is always valid to have an alt army! So long as your guild roster has room for them all, that is. Have a blast, screw over Xal’atath’s plans, and enjoy your time in Azeroth!
